We are seeking to appoint an administration apprentice in our CAMHS team in Lincoln to support the administration team in providing a full and efficient clerical service to the clinical staff.

CAMHS sits within the Specialist Services Division of the Trust and is delivered from four community-based hubs and attached satellite clinics. We offer staff regular management supervision. Other support will be provided, including additional training to support this role. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

The duties will be:
•To provide a welcoming and professional reception to the service and to ensure both telephone and personal enquiries are dealt with in a polite, confidential and efficient manner
•Dealing with incoming mail and distributing correspondence accordingly
•To support the administration workload under supervision, in performing routine office procedures which may include typing of reports, letters and other documents
•Dealing with outgoing post, photocopying, filing and faxing in accordance with current Trust procedures
•Ordering and receipting of goods using the relevant Trust ordering systems
•Maintaining healthcare records, which includes scanning documentation on to the clinical system
•To assist with the monitoring of the waiting list systems

We offer 24 hour services within our Inpatient, Crisis and SPA teams, if you are successfully appointed to posts in these areas or others that might have specified, you will be required to work unsociable hours and shift patterns.
