Business Administration Apprentice

Location: Lincoln County Hospital
We are looking for motivated individuals who have a desire or interest to undertake an apprenticeship in an Administration role within our Knowledge and Library team. You will need to be committed to complete your apprenticeship with us and most importantly, willing to learn.
We will provide you with training and ongoing support to enable you to use the systems and processes already set up within the department. We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills and have good computer skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel.
This role is offered on a fixed term of 18 months and will involve providing administrative support to team colleagues, whilst enabling you to study for a nationally recognised qualification: Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3. This qualification will include work place assessments and also attendance at study skills sessions. This role will give the successful candidates an opportunity to learn about business administration tasks within a hospital environment.
