Clinical Apprentices – Lincoln

We are delighted to open out to advert, a number of Clinical apprenticeships within Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The various posts are located in Lincoln and are to support a number of individual departments that support the provision of mental health services across the county.

These posts are an ideal opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who wish to develop their skills and knowledge by taking the first steps into a clinical role within a healthcare environment. Due to the nature of the role and client group, we are seeking to attract candidates aged 18 and above.
.
These posts will be on a 2 year contract and will have a 4 x 6month placements with day release each week to ensure that successful candidates are exposed to both inpatient and community services. The NHS is an excellent employer with fantastic opportunities and we hope that following a successful apprenticeship, the post holder will obtain the skills, knowledge and experience required to make a long term career within LPFT or the wider NHS.

The successful candidates will be committed to work towards completing an apprenticeship in clinical healthcare support. In addition to the formal education, each apprentice will be supported with monthly masterclasses, networking opportunities, regular pastoral support with the apprentice coordinator and day to day support from their local manager/supervisor.

The shortlisting panel would welcome applications from candidates who have knowledge and a particular interest in mental health conditions or mental health services within the county.
