Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust employs over 2,000 members of staff across many disciplines of mental health, learning disability, substance misuse and social care. The Learning and Development Centre is responsible for managing the education and training of all staff throughout the Trust.
Whilst on placement the individual will undertake a range of reception and administrative duties in order to gain an overview of the Centre. Tasks may include:
•Answering the telephone
•Making up training packs
•Setting up rooms for training events
